It's been around a very long time although obviously not as common as say a 12g or even a 20g shell. It is commonly used on skeet shooting and the similar type sporting shoots. It is also a favorite of lightweight bird hunting enthusiasts. Just take a quick search and you'll find all sorts of information on the round.

Wow that's a nice semi auto shotgun for $180... Curious as to reliability first and foremost. As usual time to go check out reviews on the interweb... Haha. The only thing I noticed that makes me pause is these are new but sold "as is with zero warranty or service". The description say they were purchased thru a closeout/liquidation sale. But for $180 its probably worth the risk.
Shit, I though the $180 price just a month ago was a steal. Here it is now for $150. Honestly at this price it's worth just having one in the safe. I happen to find Alot of the Turkish firearms flooding the US market is a good thing. Keeps all manufacturers honest and promotes competitive prices. The handful of firearms I own now and or have owned over the past few couple years have impressed me.
