This is solid. No long term reliability reports yet... But several people have put around 1k rounds through it with no malfunctions. Blowback designs are inherently reliable.. Wouldn't hesitate if you like the look.
And FYI... Since FM direct doesn't charge tax, for $130 more you can get the 7 or 10" version direct from them. Free shipping, and you deal with them for warranty issues or needing service.
Poke around the AR9 subreddit. Plenty of people with them with very positive reviews. It's a rebranded FM. Some say if they knew about this, they wouldn't have bothered to build out their own.
I'm almost done building one but very tempted at this price point. Just wish it was an 8.3.
Is there anyone on here have this gun? I am curious as to how well it shoots and if it's reliable? Id love to hear some experiences and opinions
