I just received this rifle. It is beautiful. I think it's stainless not polished. Ran a magnet on the receiver didn't stick. I call the importer but the never called back. I still need to shoot it. Definitely needs to be worn in. But without taking it apart machining look good. I will let you all know once I get it out to the range

It's aluminum. Says so on their web site. That was a deal killer for me. I want to run hot loads and it would start to stretch, the same as the brass frames out there.

I really need to know if this is any good... Though for another $30 you can get an R92. If it were closer to $500 it would be work it, maybe

Not a fan of the cerakote on their other lever actions, hopefully this is actually (polished) stainless through and through. Good to see some competition to Rossi in the affordable pistol caliber lever action market. 45-70, 454 Casull, and 30-30 would be awesome to see as options.

Touching off a 454 Casull in this or accidentally slipping an Underwood 45-70 into this unproven turky? No thank you. They better stick with true pistol calibers. These were listed at $500 MSRP at this years Shot Show so this seems high.
