Don't Spend a Fortune!
Available ONLY at Brownells
Geissele and Brownells have teamed up to offer two unique triggers that give you the best performance at the best price! As one of the oldest and largest distributors of Geissele products, we had the unique opportunity to sit down with them to spec out two AR-15 triggers that wring out every bit of the performance Geissele is famous for. We also wanted to deliver them at a price point that won't make Geissele fans wait until a Black Friday sale to upgrade their current trigger!
We found ways to reduce production costs on things that don't sacrifice the legendary Geissele trigger performance. So these triggers are not laser-engraved (which you can't see anyway when they're in the gun), and they're batch-tested rather than individually inspected. Rest assured, if for ANY reason you’re not satisfied with your Brownells-exclusive Geissele trigger, it's still Guaranteed. Forever.® Simply return it to us for refund or exchange if it doesn’t meet your expectations.
Remember: you can't get these triggers anywhere else. They are available EXCLUSIVELY from Brownells!
B-G2S-E (Brownells / Geissele 2-Stage Enhanced)
The B-G2S-E Enhanced Trigger has a two-stage pull that provides superior control and helps accuracy while maintaining the robustness and reliability Geissele triggers are famous for. The B-G2S-E has a smooth, light 1st stage take up of 2.3 lbs. and a crisp, candy-cane-like 2nd stage break at 1.2 lbs. The B-G2S-E is ideal for use in precision rifles where accuracy and reliability are both critical.
B-GC (Brownells / Geissele Competition)
The B-GC Geissele Competition Trigger was developed to produce a short, relatively light single-stage pull and a short, quick reset that are ideal for 3 Gun competition and recreational target shooting. Two trigger springs are included so the B-GC can be set up with a 3.2 lb. or 4 lb. pull. Note: The B-GC trigger is not recommended for benchrest shooting or shooting that requires small groups. It is designed for competition involving rapid target engagement.

@chinkysuperman, Aaaah, that makes more sense. A prime example of importance of attention to detail.

@Dematt30 1 million rounds? That's quite the count you've racked up on a single gun. I surprised it still works at all.

LOL wrote that from my cell phone. just 1000 rounds that's all HAHA

I've had one for just under a year now. About 1000K rounds through my SHTF AR. I love the trigger it's smooth and crisp with a very short reset. That said, I have had at least 10-12 light primer strikes a dead trigger. I have tried both sets of springs with it as well, maybe it's just my trigger but I have had a few issues with it. Also, incase anyone asks, I was running xm855 and .223 federal and wolf .223, surprisingly the most light strikes were with xm855.

LOL wrote it quick from the cell phone. Just 1000 rounds through it, still a solid trigger for the price, just a few light primer strikes to be aware of.

I must be late to the game because the 2 stage trigger is still 199 and the coupon takes $10 off.

The rapidfire is 164 after coupon. Not 129 when I look.

Why does the description state that the trigger is "ideal for use in precision Squad Designated Marksman", but then contradicts with "not recommended for... shooting small groups...[,] designed for CQB-style rapid target engagement."??? Kind of contradictory, isn't it? First part claims that's a precision trigger, the second part says that it's not.

Unless you're a contractor headed overseas, or a competitive shooter, especially a sponsored and paid one, the benefit of a good trigger versus a top notch trigger won't make any difference. I have excellent results with the Palmetto State Armory EPT (enhanced polished trigger) and good springs, which can be bought from dozens of companies at low cost. I ordered several more EPTs from PSA this weekend for just $29.99 shipped. They are extremely smooth, and have a very crisp break. My only complaints would be they have a very heavy and long cold barrel pull, and the travel to reset can be a bit lengthy. I'm not doing high risk entry these days, so who cares if I can't enter a room and put two or three rounds in a target in a couple seconds? Hell, even a twenty dollar milspec trigger, hammer, and disconnect can be gunsmithed to a very good quality device.

You are entitled to your opinion....but one I got one Geissele installed....all my rigs needed them. You still need to do your job behind the trigger....but it 100% makes it easier and more enjoyable.

I buy the EPTs Also, in all but 2, ever time they sell just the trigger group I always buy 2 or 3. Where you referring to a specific spring set? Or no? Thanks.

Read again bud. The first part is in the description for the B-G2S-2, the 2nd part part is in the description of the B-GRF, two totally different triggers.

Great deal on a very nice, crisp trigger. In for one.

This is a great trigger. Very crisp and short reset. I couldn't tell the deference between this and the s3g With the 2.3 lb spring my pull weight averaged at 1.9lbs

Better off with a rubberband around the trigger.

Binary triggers look interesting but the only solid ones looks like fostec and its $429 dollars and on a 6 month wait. Am I missing something? Are there comparable options that are closer to the $160 mark? I would mind trying one but it needs to be safe and sub $300. $429 seems really high...

Giessele Triggers are excellent very safe been around a long time, there are alot of safe good triggers under $250 the Fostech is way overpriced we have one in a SIG PRO COMP AR here at the shop and most people agree its no better than Giessele and similar.

Binary triggers are here to stay. Check one out before you pay $160 for a plain trigger.

Binary triggers are a joke, they have been around for over 30 yrs and there is a reason they show up for a couple of years and all the tacticool guys buy them then the trigger fades out just as fast as it arrived. You better off with a bump fire stock then a binary piece of shit.

Really, calling your BS on this one. Please name one binary trigger from 30 years ago. Seeing as they just recently gained BATF approval. Don't let this guy keep you from buying one. Binary triggers work awesome and are well worth the money.

also curious to this Geissele/Brownell hybrid offering-- i have an SSA-E trigger which I love and if this was the same thing with a different rollmark I'd glady swoop for $160 -- plus the Fast Fire version would be an even greater value but given some reviews I'm skeptical
