Hello. It seems you are attempting to cause harm to our company by posting this on every website known to you because you were not satisfied with our last interaction.
Your claims are patently false and are not backed up by any of our reviews seen on Google or Reddit.
Let's outline the facts:
1. You ordered the incorrect item: A Trijicon RMR Type 2 Automatic. You agreed to our Store Policies, twice (checkbox and signature), at the time of checkout. Our store policy is easily accessible from our website and linked right in the checkout page above where you signed your name.
2. You called us 10-12 hours later (during off hours) and we answered the phone anyway. You stated that you made a mistake and did your research well AFTER your purchase and wanted the Adjustable variant instead.
3. We stated that we had already placed and paid for the order with our supplier several hours before to drop ship what you ordered to your home.
4. We politely informed you that you that there would be a 15% restock fee to cover our costs to modify your order. We do not make a profit from this. 10% goes back to the supplier for their restock fee that they charge us. 5% covers the CC fees that we must pay (2.5% for the original transaction + 2.5% for the refund.)
5. You stated "That's unfair." I asked you if it was fair that we should take the financial hit because you ordered the incorrect item, called us several hours later, and did your research AFTER you ordered, not before. You were silent for a long time then hung up.
We are a veteran owned small family business that takes great pride in delighting our customers. We never make customers pay for our mistakes. This works both ways. We cannot eat the restock and CC fees and also put food on our table because you made an easily avoidable mistake.

Do not do business with Red Team Armory. They are rude and will rip you off. They buy products from other websites and then tack on a fee—charging a 15% restocking fee for any changes or cancellations. Their customer service is essentially nonexistent. No matter how cheap their prices may seem, you’re better off shopping elsewhere.
