I want to build an AR-9 (do you call it that? A 9mm on an AR patterned lower).

Would this upper be compatible with any lower 9mm AR kit I buy?

I realize this is 3 months old but just in case your still around or if anyone else has the same questions, yes the proper term is AR9 or just a PDW as some might say.
I believe this will work with any compatible 9mm AR9 lower on the market. Id definitely consider getting a lower that takes Glock mags as they are a dime a dozen and in so many different capacities.
I hope you figure all this out already :)
