Description

The DPMS GII LR-6H is a lightweight and modernized .308 AR-platform rifle designed for hunting, long-range shooting, and tactical applications. Chambered in .308 Winchester / 7.62x51 NATO, this rifle features a 20-inch fluted barrel for accuracy across a wide range of bullet weights.
This GII model incorporates a carbon fiber free-float handguard, providing strength and rigidity while drastically reducing weight. The forged receiver set ensures durability, and the rifle is outfitted with a collapsible stock and ergonomic pistol grip for comfort and control. A full-length Picatinny rail allows for easy optics mounting, making it ready for scopes or red dots.
The DPMS GII series improved upon earlier LR-308 rifles by slimming down the receiver profile closer to AR-15 dimensions, while retaining .308 power—delivering a highly shootable, accurate, and versatile semi-auto rifle.
