Mil-spec trigger groups are reliable, easy to service and inexpensive. The problem is, mil-spec triggers tend to have a heavy trigger pull (sometimes up to 8 or 9 pounds) and the gritty take-up makes it difficult to tell where the break will be. This is where the Dirty Bird Single Stage Nickel Teflon Trigger Group comes in. Featuring honed and polished engagement surfaces, a slick and durable Nickel Teflon finish and finely tuned spring rate for the trigger and hammer springs, you get a smooth trigger pull with very little take-up and a crisp clean break at 5 – 5.5 pounds.
Includes: Trigger, Hammer, Disconnect, Disconnect Spring, Trigger Spring, Hammer Spring, Trigger / Hammer Pins

I'm really liking the BHA-branded curved... I'm probably going to grab a couple more from whichever seller has them ~$30 when it lines up with ordering something else to amortize the shipping. I also want to take a pass at cutting one for a SS, as I'm currently using a pre-cut mil-spec for that... or maybe just give an Atrius a try since these are one of the preferred/proven working models...

The picture shows a flat face trigger but when you click on the link it's not a flat face trigger. Which one is it? Anyone buy one confirm

It gives you the option. Flat-faced is an extra 5 bucks.

Any time you see the "S" marking on a trigger you can be certain it was made by Schmid Tool. Many companies buy Schmid Nickel Teflon single stage or Nickel Boron two stage triggers in bulk, repackage them, and sell them as "Enhanced Trigger" using their own brand name. A few high-end companies pay extra to have the "S" removed and their brand name or symbol added. You will find your best deal looking for the lowest price with good warranty, as opposed to placing additional trust on the brand name.
