Is it me or is there conflicting information and specs? It say "not cerekote" but then in specs and features, say it is desert sand cerekote?

The scope is anodized FDE. The DD RIS2 is Cerakote FDE, as is the rest of the rifle. The Vortex originally comes in "Stealth Shadow" anodized, which has a bronze tone, but that doesn't match the DD FDE, so the Royal Marines pulled a few strings with Vortex for a matching finish, because why not. There are 250 of these packages in the States being sold by a couple dozen stores for the same price. A high quality package for sure, a collector's item obviously. A non-collector, functionally equivalent DD/Vortex/RP Mount/Pelican package could be had for around $4500. Also this is the non-ambi DD lower. You could wait for Spring and you'll get a used one for half price when the owner gets divorced and has an April 15 panic attack.
