Description
Daniel Defense took their battle-tested M4A1 design and made it even more operator friendly by adding a fully ambidextrous lower to provide right- and left-handed shooters with more flexibility and control. They also swapped out the RIS II rail system with their new RIS III system, which reduces weight by using M-LOK attachment instead of picatinny without sacrificing strength.

While these are very nice, well built rifles, todays market is too full of same quality if not better other manufacturers for half this price. Your paying for a brand name. There is nothing special, different or custom to justify almost $2k. Sure there's a little lipstick here and there but again, nothing out of the ordinary. I could build a very nice billet upper and lower rifle with a nice aftermarket trigger pack, rail system, muzzle device and even with a nice red dot optic for less money. As I've said in prior posts, this is just my opinion. Your certainly welcome to yours.
