This is NOT "TSA Approved." It may be TSA "compliant" (in terms of design) as almost nothing is "approved" by the TSA...the TSA isn't approving / rejecting individual products.
I've also had the TSA complain when rounds were NOT stored in "factory boxes" but other times they didn't seem to care as long as they were not loaded in magazines (they've also ignored that as well). Regardless not sure I would be bothering to use the cut ts for bullets as anyone who is traveling with 3-5 pistols isn't likely to only be packing 31 spare rounds nor would I want those loose rounds bouncing around during rough luggage handling.
