FWIW, I have several CVlife branded red dots, and lighting systems. The main red dot is on my 12GA slug thrower and over 500 rounds through it and it's still staying where I calibrated it to. I have a light rig (like the one listed here, but larger) on my .45 that replaced a ModLight that broke, and it's brighter and sturdier. For the price CVLife asks for their stuff, they can't be beat.

No real need to break the bank on an accessory, not required to fire a round, and that you can back up with a penlight. Although as soon as you attach anything to the rail, holster options narrow severely. Well worth 13 bucks, the EDC penlight in your pocket probably cost more than that and this is rechargeable. By the way, their sliding rail design works well, more secure than OLights once locked down. I have their unit with the laser in it too. Compact design and light is very bright.

Full agree on breaking the bank with accessories. With the way light technology has progressed there's no reason to pay big bucks for one.
