I don't think PSA is correct about this model qualifying for the $100 rebate. Since this is a European model, it has a different UPC (098289007315) than the USA model. The rebate page lists the qualifying Cobra, 2″ Barrel, .38 Special, Standard Stainless model as UPC 098289007193. Rebate fulfillment centers LOVE to deny rebates on the smallest of details. I'll wager that this PSA European version will NOT qualify for the rebate.
