The CMMG DISSENT Mk4 AR-15 6.5" CM 5.7x28 Upper Receiver w/ 5.5" M-LOK Handguard is a next-gen AR pistol upper receiver group. Compatible with CMMG DISSENT Mk4 and most Mil-Spec AR-15 lower receivers (when used with 5.7 AR conversion mags), this upper receiver group features a patented compact direct impingement operating system that eliminates the need for a standard buffer tube and recoil system, resulting in a more compact and easy-to-maneuver firearm than a typical direct impingement platform. The upper receiver is constructed from billet 6061-T6 aluminum with a corrosion-resistant Cerakote finish and comes equipped with an aluminum dust cover and a continuous Picatinny top rail. The M-LOK-compatible handguard features M-LOK slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions, working in tandem with the top rail to provide plenty of attachment space for your favorite weapon-mounted accessories. The non-reciprocating side charging handle offers lightning-fast weapon charging. Further, this upper receiver group boasts a 4140 Chrome Moly steel barrel with a corrosion-resistant salt bath nitride finish for exceptional strength and consistency under extreme conditions.
