I had a 22LR Chiappa 1911, would double fire constantly, couldn't decide if it was a bug or a feature.
Jokes aside, had to send it back to Chiappa 5 times, each time they claimed to replace the exact same 2 parts, that clearly weren't new when it arrived back to my home. I could replicate the double firing issue within minutes of taking the freshly "repaired" gun out of the box each of those instances. Contacting them again the same day it came back demanding a new gun each time. They denied me every time (wanting to try yet another BS "repair") until I finally uploaded a video of kinda sorta machine gun to youtube....then they became really interested in replacing the gun...begging me to take it down. Funny how that works.
