The SKU number for this C308 shows the CA compliant version with bullet button installed. However, it says nothing about that on the Primary Arms website product description. I almost jumped at this, but looked a little closer using the SKU number at Primary Arms. Sold out in a matter of minutes - hope people know what they are getting. Since it comes with only one 10 rd magazine I assume it's the CA compliant version. I know you can buy a replacement mag release button kit for $35 elsewhere and do it yourself if you live in a free state.
Yes, I felt I missed out, thinking it was a free state weapon, $398 Shipped. Shipping is extra, on top of $33 TX sales tax, but I probably would have bought it without knowing that it requires extra work. There is no mention of this in the description or specifications, not an honest way to do business.
