Assuming you have an overprced $400 Glock 9mm then add this for 170 = $570 which is $170+ more than buying a real AR SBR. This crap is barely worth $50!

don't forget your $200 tax stamp. like anyone would ever check to see if you had one or not. .. just saying. . .

Yeah they do actually check to see if you have a tax stamp. This is so you can improvise, obviously an ar sbr is going to give you more of an advantage, but if all you have is a sidearm and a roni, it could possibly help you make shots from your shoulder that wouldn't be possible without the extra stability.

Because making long range shots with a pistol is always a good idea. Makes sense Jim. I have ocean front property in Idaho I’d like to discuss with you

A SBR is not intended for long range. It is intended for short to mid-range combat but has more stability than a pistol. A LBR is made for making long-range shots.

Does anyone have any first hand knowledge of these?

I have owned one of these kits since they first came out and it is probably my most fun firearm. Yes you will need to get a stamp from the ATF to be legal, but I would say you are almost 200 dollars cheaper than the brace one so why wouldn't you take this option compared to the brace one. Why get a glock SBR? The same reason some of you have 20 or more guns.....because you can.

Two important things to note are A) no suppressor or raised sights will work correctly with this and B) Threaded barrels also will cause issues with these functioning properly.

I can see owning this if I was still with a law enforcement agency on a tactical team where I might be expected to be involved in a dynamic entry or other room clearing/building clearing operation, but just to have? I'm not so sure mission specific tactical equipment has a place in everyday life.
The use of the word tactical by the way is not meant to be conclusively applied here, it's used much too often by companies trying to paint junk black and sell it to unsuspecting uneducated (in the profession) folks.

Thank god I asked myself why before I almost bit......I really don't need this shit. I can use this money towards more ammo or another gun. If I want to accessorize I will but mags and sights before a conversion kit

Just in case your pos glock doesn't have enough plastic on it here is the kit for you. Add 3lbs of cheap plastic to your plastic glock to make the ultimate tacticool weapon. You will be the coolest person in your mom's basement. What a stupid fuckin kit, I guess there are enough retarded basement commando' s to keep this garbage selling. Don't forget a bunch of utg lights, lasers and sights to put all over it.

We live in an age where everything is getting a brace. Sell us the brace model at a good price and we'll eat them up. No one wants the NFA version.
