Just got mine today from Amazon. Packing list that is usually inside the box was missing now have to mess with refund and return. They won’t accept the rebar with out it per the terms.
Update!
I sent them a pic of my Amazon order receipt and the pic of the shipping label on the box (along with their other requested pics) and everything was reviewed and accepted. What a fantastic deal!
Mine didn’t come with a packing slip either from Amazon
Mine is currently pending, but it also says it should accept the packing slip that’s on the box it came in. My slip was also missing from Amazon so I’ll report back to see if they accept mine.
Update: I received my rebate from Vista for the red dot sight I purchased on Amazon from the seller "I Live Outdoors".
"Product must be purchased between 11/15/2021 through 12/31/2021." FYI.
Beware the gotcha.
You have to upload a picture of the PACKING RECEIPT which typically gets thrown in the trash when you open the shipping box.

I bought from Amazon, seller was "I Live Outdoors", submitted the rebate form online and it was approved. The email from Bushnell says to expect a check in about eight weeks.
How did you fill out the online rebate form in order to get approved? I would assume the Store Name should be "I Live Outdoors" in order for this to work.
Just buy it from bushnells website and do the online rebate. I bought 3 and it was approved. Rebate refunds are in the mail to me.
I attempted to do this but when i added it to the cart it said "mail in rebate already instantly applied" making the price drop from 149 to 99 which made me assume that there would not be an additional 50 mail in rebate available for the final price of 50

Does the rebate qualify if purchased via Amazon? Coulda sworn I saw the rebate form excludes Amazon.
They had these same deals at Christmas and there was an Amazon rebate and an everywhere else rebate. For those worried, mine from Amazon didn't even come with a packing list and my Amazon reciept and pickup/delivery confirmation got me the rebate.
Finally, even with the rebate the Sig Romeo 5, easily found online from $100 to $110, is a way better optic, even if just for the shake awake feature. I've got both and keep the Romeo on my HD gun and the Bushnell on the range toy, FWIW.
