Is it just me or are these gadget guns more fun in the prototype will-never-reach-the-real-market stage than when they actually become available? Or am I just coping because I already spent my Black Friday gun money?

Some of these type "guns" are just hideous and seem to try and fill a market void that actually never existed. There's so many, hundreds of other actual real world tested, Uber concealable and easily packed away firearms for anyone actually needed such a gun. This is just a complete waste of money. It's nothing more than a butt ass ugly conversation piece. Where these ideas and horrible design choices originate is a mystery to me..lol
I will never be wasting $1800 on something so dumb. But to each their own and if you feel the need to spend your money on this, by all means have at it!

I played around with a few of these pistol/carbine kits. Kinda just pointless fun here in US . They're mostly for countries you can own a pistol but not a rifle. Sucks for them, but then here we have the genius of our NFA =) I sold them all except for a Hera Triarri I gave a friend who dearly loves it just because it looks like the storm-trooper gun from star wars...
And actually its better than most. Some aren't so reliable, like if you drop it the handgun might be dis-jarred from its housing or just pop out of the stock.
I haven't researched this one at all but being from B&T, AND AT THIS PRICE, I'd hopefully assume it's well designed and made.
