The 224 Valkyrie round was developed to bring unheard of accuracy and long range ballistic performance to the AR-15 platform.
Barrel: The PSA 224 Valkyrie upper receiver was created with a 416R Stainless Steel barrel with a 1:7 twist rate for optimal accuracy over long distances. Cycling reliability is achieved with a rifle length gas system, which is completed with a PSA Low-profile adjustable Gas Block. The barrel is finished off with an A2 flash hider and a PSA 15" M-Lok Rail.
Upper Receiver: The forged 7075-T6 A3 AR upper is machined to MIL-SPECS and hard coat anodized. These uppers are made for us right here in the USA by a mil-spec manufacturer.

This is a fantastic deal as IDPA said. I too bought the bolt and barrel for $249. Have not had time to assemble it yet, but it will end up costing me around $400. Mine is going to be assembled with a MSF upper & AIM 15" hand guard and an inexpensive muzzle brake.
This is the lowest I have seen for a complete upper in the new .224 Valkyrie cartridge. And I have never been able to identify the blemish in any of my previous PSA "blem' orders so I expect this to be in excellent condition as well.
I own this barrel & BCG and it is accurate! Shot just over 1 MOA first day out to 800yds with cheap 75gn American Eagle, but it was me and crappy glass, not the gun that kept it from shooting sub MOA. The barrel & BCG sells daily for $249, so you're paying $100 for a complete Upper Receiver, Hand guard and Flash hider with this deal...KILLER
Just bought one. I'm hoping it will be accurate with 70gr GMX, 70gr TSX or 75gr Scirroco.
