I don't know if you had an unpleasant experience with Blackstone, but I will give a good recommendation for them. They have an excellent chat service and have always answered my questions giving good info in a quick time. They have excellent sales and they have followed up on any mistakes they may have made. As with any business dealing with thousands of customers, I think and recommend them for anyone to purchase their merchandise. They really seem to go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied, but I am sure that a few customers get left behind in the "satisfaction department".

We have strict protocols in place to safeguard your data, and we do not engage in any practices that misuse customer information. The situation you described, where an order was canceled due to an oversell, is not in line with the customer experience we strive to deliver. We are currently reviewing our inventory processes to ensure this does not happen again. At some point our inventory management system stopped committing available units when sold which creating this mess. An email with an apology, explanation of what transpired, and a $25 off your next purchase coupon was sent the very next day when the error was identified.
