We use a 9310 Vac-Arc steel bolt over the Mil-Spec Carpenter 158 bolt because it's stronger, and extensive testing has proven it to last longer and be more durable. The Nickel Boron coating applied to all components provides a Rockwell hardness between 52-56, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and smooth operation.

The carrier, machined from 8620 steel, features faceted edge cuts that reduce friction and enhance reliability. The bolt is constructed from premium 9310 Vac-Arc steel, offering superior core hardness and fatigue strength. Every component, including the cam pin, gas key, and extractor, is Nickel Boron coated for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance.
