I got one with the Burris red dot, trigger was horrible out of the box, instead of a wall it was more of a pinch and bind hard enough to release, so I sent it to Beretta with a letter explaining my issue. About 6 wks later it came back with a much better trigger, take up, then an actual wall, and then release. Very acceptable for a striker fired carry gun with no manual safety, carries well IWB or in a pocket, well worth $200 even as a seldom used backup.

In the letter I sent, I had also complained about the design of the slide/sights/optic cut not allowing an optic plus rear sight or ability to remove optic without a rear sight and they sent me a whole new upper/slide, with the iron rear sight plate that I wanted already installed, plus a barrel, springs and all. Given I paid less for it after rebate than the price of the Burris red dot alone, its definitely the biggest bargain in my collection. Shooting with a dot or irons is just a simple field strip and swap now. A+ to the service department and whoever it was in marketing who resolved my complaint with a whole new upper.
