DESCRIPTION:
The Beretta 1301 Tactical is a gas operated semi-automatic shotgun designed for law enforcement and home defense. Right out of the box, the 1301 Tactical features an oversized charging handle, large textured bolt release, and an oversized reversible safety button. The integrated BLINK gas operating system, featuring a cross tube gas piston, allows the 1301 tactical to cycle 36% faster than any other shotgun on the market. Available in an 18.5" barrel configuration, the 1301 Tactical features a robust, protected sighting system that uses a ghost ring for the rear sight and an interchangeable front blade sight. The receiver offers a MIL-STD 1913 picatinny rail. The Stock features an aggressive checkering pattern and length of pull is adjustable with the provided spacers. Drop and Cast can be adjusted as well.

I have the 1201 FP, it's predecessor. Got it from the San Bernardino SWAT (auction). Supposedly they kick a lot but mine is ported. Eats everything, zero hiccups, even low brass - BUT, it uses a different gas system. Curious if the new gas system eats everything as well?
Wonder if your 1201 FP is based on the A300 action like the new A300 Patrol.
I don't think it is just watching vid on A300...
And I had a 1201fp 20yrs ago. Sold it bout 05'... It did not eat everything. Found it reliable but it had a picky appetite actually. Also could only source the pistol-grip version at time, even though I specifically didn't want it which always bugged me...
That said, even with the pistol-grip it was very nice. Fairly lightweight, easy (for me anyway) manual of arms, so I'd love to get hands on a 1301. This probably be next present to myself.
Based on the MPN# "J131TP18NLE ", it seems to be a LE version. Is this one gen 1 or 2? I heard the latest version has threaded barrel and choke, but I couldn't find any further information about it. Could anybody confirm it? Thanks!

As Rumors says, they are G2G. I bought a Benelli M4 off them that was fully kitted in LEO furniture (e.g., 7 round tube/collapsible stock). They didn't ask for LEO credentials, shipped it fast, and charged about $300 less than it would have cost me to upgrade a base M4. They are amazing.

Sold me a shotgun (beretta 1301) then 12 days later after saying it shipped the emailed me saying it was oversold. Crooked company. Their prices are cheap to trick you to visit their site then screw you. Go to grab a gun, primary arms or even PSA. They at least are honest
