Benchmade 710FE-2401 Limited Anniversary Edition Knife with Recurve Drop-Point CPM-Magnacut Blade
When Benchmade’s AXIS lock technology was released on the original 710 back in 1999, it sent more than ripples through the knife industry; it was a tsunami. The Benchmade Innovative AXIS Lock Knife changed the game - all thanks to the designer duo Benchmade collaborated with on the invention, Bill McHenry and Jason Williams, renowned custom knife makers with watchmaking roots. The sleek, new 710FE-2401 is a testament to McHenry and Williams’ craftwork. Celebrating the 25th Anniversary of AXIS lock technology, the 710FE-2401 has the same large frame and ample cutting power of the original 710 and features a stylish drop-point, recurved blade made of mighty CPM-Magnacut steel with an FDE PVD finish and black thumb studs. The 710FE-2401 has a lightweight aluminum handle with a milled black anodized finish, and a milled FDE PVD backspacer and pivot ring. A Limited anniversary variant, inspired by its original designers.
Meet the Seven-Ten
Designed with purpose and built to last, the Seven-Ten sets a high bar for durability and performance matched only by the promise that it will be yours, for life.
How It's Made
Laser-cut from sheets of high-grade steel, every Benchmade blade is ground, beveled, and finished with uncompromising precision. Benchmade mill and machine handles in-house to the most exacting specifications, and every knife is hand-assembled and sharpened by highly trained technicians bringing to bear over thirty years of manufacturing excellence in the state-of-the-art factory in Oregon City, Oregon.
Recurve Drop Point Blade Style
The subtle S-shape of the cutting edge results in a sweeping curve, providing an ample belly in the forward portion of the blade that's good for slicing.
CPM-Magnacut Super Stainless Steel (60 to 62HRC) Super Stainless
Steel Blade
A new stainless tool steel with a combination of toughness and edge retention with excellent corrosion resistance and strength.
6061-T6 Aluminum Handle
Exceptionally tough, yet lightweight and naturally corrosion resistant. Aluminum can be anodized in black color and milled with fine detail.
Opening Action Manual
‘Manuals’ must be opened 100 percent from the closed position to the open position by the user.
Use and Care
Proper care and regular maintenance help make your Benchmade knife yours, for life. All steel, regardless of price and grade, can eventually rust, so it’s important to keep your knife dry and lubricated. If spotting or rust occurs, semi-chrome metal polish will often take care of it. Dishwashers can cause serious damage that is not covered under the warranty, so make sure to hand-wash your Benchmade under warm water with dish soap only and dry thoroughly. Remember, knives are cutting tools, and you should never use your knife as a pry-bar, screwdriver, chisel, or punch unless the knife is designed explicitly for those purposes. If you choose to sharpen your blade yourself, avoid grinding wheels and other high-powered machinery. Handle, pivot, and pocket clip screws may require occasional adjustment using T6 and T10 Torx drivers. Benchmade recommends applying a small dab of releasable thread-locker as needed.

Im sorry but $400 for a benchmade is ridiculous, this pricing is now entering custom knife prices and the reason why i wont buy benchmade knives anymore.
