This BCA AR-15 complete 5.56 Nato rifle length upper has a 16" M4 contour barrel with a black nitride finish, and features a 1:7 twist rate, with a mid-length gas system. It includes a 15 1/4" MLOK rail, an M4 flat-top billet upper receiver, a BCA bolt carrier group, a flash hider, and a right-side charging (Gen2) handle (patent protected). This 5.56 Nato upper is compatible with any mil-spec AR-15 lower. This has the new handguard.

Pretty good deal for this complete upper. It includes the BCG and charging handle. Most of these similar offerings in this price range do not include these items. So yeah, slap this on a budget lower from like PSA, Anderson, or even the same BCA and you'll have a complete firearm for around $300-$350.
