FWIW, this is a great price but I personally think just the upper is a slightly better deal. Especially if you have a stack of lowers sitting around. The uppers also have free shipping currently.
Both black nitride and parkerized are currently on sale for $250. BCA also has plenty of 20" non-heavy barrels with CH or heavy barrels but without CH however those were more apples to oranges.
