Thought some here may be interested in this. Not sure what a "slick deal" would be for something like this but I was surprised to find I could do this at home with excellent results according to the information available on the web.

There are much cheaper ways to do anodizing at home but this is definitely one of the easier kits I've seen for the inexperienced.

The same company has some $39 small parts one time use kits that are pretty neat too.
