I have one but since I'm so frugal I only shoot one barrel at a time. 45's are expensive!

How are these pistols not classified as a machine guns? It shows two triggers in the pic, but can you fire just one side? I'm personally against the machine gun ban altogether... Just curious.
ATF defines machine gun as:
"Any weapon which shoots, is designed to shoot, or can be readily restored to shoot, automatically more than one shot without manual reloading, by a single function of the trigger"
