Pretty good deal for a nice entry level AR15 rifle. I've always had good luck with my Anderson builds. They are well made with great value. I have bought a couple complete rifles but have also used a handful of Anderson lowers and parts to build a couple pistols and another rifle in 7.6x39 (which is one of my favorite range gun)..
Seeings how the optic runs about $275-$300 and the cantilever mount runs about $50-$60.
So one the low end, the rifles about $375. So yes all in all this is a good package for a good price. If I didn't already have several AR's I'd consider buying one of these.
