Absolutely agree with you. I found adapters for like $8-$10 each online. It is an odd choice to have adapters for the mags vs being mounted to the mag well itself. However at this price, I am very tempted. I would certainly buy 8 to 10 adapters as well. It's got pretty good reviews and it seems reliable and accurate enough and looks fun to shoot. I've got a few thousand rounds of law enforcement trade in ammo that I need to shoot. This would be much more fun than running it through my handguns.
I just found one for a bit less money. I see several dealers offering these and other configurations a bit cheaper including one with no brace for $497.

Thanks for the link, thats a much better price. Regarding the adapters I hope someone designs a 3D printed version. I just brought a Hammerli Arms Force B1 with a similar issue, huge selling point for me was it used 10/22 mags (which I also have plenty), it too takes a silly adapter that installs on the magazine. IMO a little less of a concern because I'm not as often grabbing 10/22 mags out of my safe vs glock mags, nor would I ever need a 10/22 mag in a panic either ;) But thank god someone created a perfect design for the adapters. The rifle comes with 3 but I'd rather have an endless supply at I can print myself for pennies. Still a pain vs a magwell adapter, but better than then alternative.
BTW, the GSG adapters also come in a 3 pack, part # GERMGSG9GLK for $12-15 -ish but it looks like most websites are out of stock. ATI has them for $20. https://americantactical.us/product/german-sport-guns-gsg-9-9mm-glock-style-magazine-adapter-3-pack...
These just baffle me....GSG decided to go with a Glock mag BUT force you use an adapter that installs on the magazine....not an adapter that mounts on the firearm itself (like the Ruger PC Carbine). So even if you don't need to buy any mags, you still need to buy adapters and your magazines aren't interchangeable between firearms since the adapter is mounted semi permanently on the magazine.. And god forbid they stop making the adapters.
Honestly if this wouldn't the case this would be an easy buy for a range toy.
