Fair? what is "Fair"? What the hell has happened to this generation. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FARE. You sound like a whiney liberal baby. When it was FARE?
WHAT IN LIFE IS FAIR? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. FOR YOU TO EXPECT THEM SELL YOU AMMO AT A LOSS WHEN YOU HAD 3 YEARS OF AMMUNITION PRICES THAT WERE THE LOWEST IN 15 YEARS. Coming on this board and listening to these children whining makes it obvious that you have never had to survive in the real world. If you think its expensive now, go ahead and vote for that lunatic Biden and YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU DESERVE. Thats restrictions on ammo sales, limits, ID's, 25% surtaxes and eventually they will take your ability to purchase ammo online away.

Don't believe me? listen to Raul Beto Rodriguez Gonzalez Omalley orourke or occasio cortez running the ATF....LET THAT SINK IN...

Gun and ammo manufacturers are selling to dealers at the same price as before. These people are ripping desperate people off. To say otherwise is is either naive or you are doing the same.
But people need to remember that if prices do go back to normal, they need to get what they need. Obama 1 and 2 taught me that lesson well

Not interested. Bring back the rebate or drop the price. No one wants your overpriced .30 CPR.

Not a good deal? Please, link a better deal for 1,000 rounds, this was a decent deal before the scare.

Yeah... I'm beginning to think this is the new floor on .223 ammo pricing. Not enthralled, but I suppose we really don't have much of a choice. It might fluctuate a little, but $0.40 / round for brass is better than paying $0.35/rnd for steel case.

Agreed, but the Lake City XM855 5.56x45 62gr 1000rd Bulk Package, for $20 more, is likely the better deal.
Figure on ~$20 to ship either one, for a single box order.

Depends on what you want the ammo for. Long term storage for SHTF days, definitely go with the XM855 (or 193). But target shooting, plinking ammo, I've found AE223 to be more accurate than the Fed 556, <2 MOA vs 3-4 MOA.

Also keep in mind most indoor ranges don't allow the M855 there, the steel penetrator will go through the backstop. That's why I bought the AE ammo, otherwise I would have popped the extra $20 for the M855.
