Aguila 124-grain 9mm (reduced-velocity/pressure).
Measured velocities ~980–1,030 FPS; function-tested in the pistols listed here. Sold AS-IS with no warranty or guarantee; intended for range practice, drills, and shooters or instructors seeking lower recoil and a budget-friendly training option. Compatible with many 9mm handguns, though performance and reliability may vary by firearm, barrel length, and lot — confirm function in your own firearm before regular use. Some platforms may benefit from reduced-recoil springs to fine-tune feeding and cycling; if you install a different spring, ensure it’s compatible and properly installed per manufacturer or gunsmith guidance. Note: some boxes may have an incorrect UPC and/or listed box velocity that does not reflect the measured range above.

they actually aren't that soft recoiling. maybe a smidge less than Federal AE 9mm, but not even as soft as CCI blazer. the softest recoiling practice ammo that doesn't suck belongs to Midwest which RangeUSA stocks, or Staccato's Longhorn reman ammo when it's available.
Someone FINALLY addressed the vicious, wrist-breaking recoil of that damned 9mm cartridge!
price is decent until they tack on $42 for shipping and $11 for shipping insurance.

This is one of those “fake low price” vendors where they make it up in shipping.
