I never entered any fake name or information.
I submitted my review directly from the "please leave a review" email that I received from your company.
I ended up throwing away half of the kit, spent hours hand polishing the triggers and hammers. I also had to spend more money on spring kits that I know work very well.
This has been posted many times and you have done absolutely NOTHING. Well except bad mouth me now in this post.
My review stands on your LPK and your company !
I thoroughly read your return policy and determined it would cost far to much to return this junk.
We accept returns for 100% store credit or refund less 15% restocking fee.
Products cannot be installed in any fashion.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Store credit will be issued as a gift certificate fixed to the customers account to automatically be applied on the next order.
Refunding to the credit card will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will take approximately 3 business days to reflect in the purchasing account.
Kinda a catchall of a return policy.
Your LPK parts description is completely off, wrong and untrue.
Basically nothing but one big lie.
Kinda hard to feel the pull and crispness of the trigger without installing it, but then it's unreturnable because it has been used !

Simple, It was supposed to have a polished fcg at a great price with great reviews.
So much for the polished fcg. dirtiest, gritiesst trigger with 3 times the amount of milspec trigger pull.
You only have great reviews because you filter and delete the negative ones !!!!!
I will look up the order number on Monday and call you to determine what went wrong and how I can fix it including giving a full refund if you want.
CenterMass Tactical should be ashamed to sell embarrassing piss poor products.

I will look up the order on Monday and contact you about the issue directly to resolve it. when you provide fake names in a review and dont provide an order number, we don't publish because we contact any negative review to resolve issues, especially when a customer never contacts us first about the issue to see if we can resolve it first.
