How TF is this posted at the top of "Gun Deals Posted Today" (even sorted "newest") every single hour of every single day....for months?
I suspect that some dealers pay to keep their products on top of the lists. I usually only see this with "dealer posted " ads. I get it, gundeals.com has to make money too
It's just like that one sight were we all were arguing and crap with each other, it was on top for weeks...
I get they have to make money, but when 95% of the "deals" are staged and objectively NOT deals....it starts to get old. Between the majority of the front page being endlessly rehashed normal prices, the other half being Amazon junk.....and of course the feral locals, no wonder why this website has lost a majority of its OG userbase.
FWIW, this website was a million times better before it changed to gun.deals (and I assume changed ownership at that time too).
Got mine today, none of these problems, luck of the draw.
Bolt group looks cheap, all smooth black oxide finish. Key is staked.
Barrel is phosphate, 1in9. Nice upper and quadrail forearm.
Truck gun.
Gas key not staked, detent pins are crap, burrs all over the barrell + upper. Barrel nut out of spec, barrel super losse in upper, takedown pins slots milled too shallow

Man I wish they had a deal like this for a 9mm AR pistol. If they did I'd probably buy 2 kits. Great deal either way, I'm just over stocked with 556/223 AR's.
