Well, there is the Amazon returns policy. I bought this in black, and it was such garbage that the mounting screw stripped immediately, trapping the red dot on my firearm. It took a power drill to drill through the red dot mount and part of the red dot to get the dang thing off my firearm, Amazon accepted the return without any fuss at all. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend the red dot, though; I was extremely lucky to get it off without seriously damaging my firearm.
Went to link, signed in to Amazon, used code and price dropped from $99 (sand color) to $65. But no warranty turned me off.
