The Glock 19 gen 5 is a great gun. They really stepped up their game with the gen 5 MOS guns by adding the front serrations and deleting the cut out at the front of the grip like the older guns had. Being a "compact" it shoots very well despite being pretty concealable. It comes with 3 magazines so it still leaves you two magazines to shoot with if one stays full with hollow points for carry. The optics mounting system isn't my favorite - but it works. Same thing with the iron sights - they work but they're not great - and they don't cowitness with an optic - which is sad. The trigger is decent - not great - but improved from past generations. The grip is a little blocky and the texture is kind of middle of the road - it won't tear your hands up but it won't tear up your stomach when you concealed carry it. The lack of finger grooves makes the pistol much more ergonomic. It's a great shooting gun.
