An extremely rugged suppressor, the HX-QD® 556 – updated with our newly designed flash cap – is built with patented and proven OSS Flow-Through® technology, delivers hearing safe mid-130s dB and zero flash performance, is full-auto rated, easily passes the USSOCOM Reliability Stress Test, and has no minimum barrel restrictions – it’s the ideal suppressor for all 5.56 rifles.

The strong “utility player” silencer, the HX-QD 762’s features were heavily influenced by the U.S. Army CSASS requirements. This silencer will fill the widest range of calibers and host rifles of any of the OSS silencers. As with all of the OSS Helix style silencers, the patented Flow-Through® technology of this silencer redirects the expanding gasses in a helical pattern allowing the gas to expand and cool as they move through the silencer body. This unique design also means that the expanding gas generate torque on the silencer and snugging it onto the mount.
