Brownells will never again get my business after the first and last time! Paid a little more to be able to get a needed drop-in trigger with 2-day shipping. Of course, they ask you to pay $20 for two day shipping etc. Despite what the notificaiton told me that evening that the item had shipped I come to find out they did not get the package out until the next day, even though they had told me differently. They initially lied and said I missed the cutoff time for ordering, which I proved them wrong with times. Then after dealing with some moron over chat his supposed "supervisor" called to tell me they cannot guarantee shipping. Then why did I pay $20 for it? I am tired of crappy customer service and broken promises. I apologize to primary arms, which is who I should have ordered from and saved money.

This gun has a lot of history and got many great reviews but a few years back it was 1300$ and still considered to be expensive. For 2000$ it might be something that I would not be interested.

Mine has been utterly reliable. Even at MSRP of $199 it's a deal. Threaded for a can, fiber optic sight and three magazines. It's a blast to shoot suppressed. The trigger is as good or better than any Ruger .22 pistol I've had.

This isn't the best price ever, by any stretch, but $499 was never even close to a normal price for this -- even used and even when the market had excess. I think you just got a crazy price mistake and won out. I got an MSR10 LR for $900 from KyGunCo but I know that'll never happen again, I was shocked they even shipped it.
In today's market, this is a pretty dang good price. Not sure about the retailer as someone gave it a pretty detailed thumbs down that I'd heed before purchasing for sure.
