Colt M4 6940 Monolithic 16" 5.56 Carbine
Police department trade in Colt M4 6940 carbine. Features a 16" barrel and Monolithic upper receiver with carbine length quadrail. All parts factory Colt. All rifles will come with Magpul MBUS rear sight and original folding front sight/gas block. Expect a decent amount of finish wear on these rifles from normal duty use. These almost appear to have a natural "battleworn" finish to them. Rifles will ship in a Colt Carbine box (Not the original box).

Brand new LE6940s can be had for around $1250 shipped. So $900 shipped seems a little high for these considering they seem to be in pretty rough condition.
I agree. My local gun shop has them new and in stock for $1200. Why the hell would I pay $900 for " Police Trade in Colt 6940" If you check Arms unlimited , they get Colt "Police Trade ins" once or twice a year and sell them whole for $599 and $399 for just the upper.
