The HELIX suppressors are integrated flush mount system that regulates backpressure and reduces sound and flash signature in a single unit while offering greater modularity for use on multiple rifles. Built with titanium, stainless steel, aluminum and cobalt, the HELIX IFM suppressor delivers effective strength to weight. The IFM6 also includes a separate mounting device – the STS-Muzzle Brake.
The IFM is perfect for the shooter looking for a single economical and modular suppressor to use on multiple rifles. Built with the same technology used in our ELITE line, the IFM delivers hearing safe sound and flash suppression and hassle-free use without the toxic blowback, high heat, or constant need to adjust and clean your gun found with baffle suppressors.
And with the purchase of additional STS-Muzzle Brakes if you choose, the IFM6 can be quickly switched between your guns. Just thread the IFM onto the STS-Muzzle Brake, hand tighten and you’re ready to shoot. The self-tightening design of the STS and the IFM make them impossible to loosen during fire.

The omega 30 cal and 45k are great and are 1/2 the weight.

What about when you use that .10 ammo you have been talking about? Little faggot.

Hmm I was debating this but the width is 1.75 which will not fit under some of my Handguards. Also, having bit of issue finding the QD muzzle devices and when I do find them they are over $100. Kinda pricy compared to my deadair mounts at $69 shipped. Just some food for thought but seems to be a solid deal. Also, can is on heavy side and no options for direct attach. Love the omega 762 because of weight and flexibility. Dead air sandman S because of mounts, sound, durability, etc... At $399 I may end up pulling trigger in this still as they seem to quality product. Probably more of a one or two gun suppressor because of items I outlined.

Just bought one. The chances of me getting the paperwork back by hunting season (November) I’m sure are slim, but it’ll be nice to finally have a 7.62 can that I can use on multiple rifles.

Crap ass can. Would not buy this. Stick to silencer shop. Just bought the .22 sparrow and a sig Sauer 762 quick detach. Well worth the money and wait.

So, what makes this a crap-ass can?

With those Youtube reviews and random videos showing the can is quieter at the shooters ear than more expensive traditional cans and also blows almost no hot gasses back into your face I'm a bit stumped.

What are scientific facts and methodologies coupled with great reviews online and a massive R&D budget really good for anyways?

And who wants to give any credit to the opinions of experienced firearms instructors with dozens of cans who also recommend this can.

Glad I only trust reviews from random posts on an app on my phone.

Seriously though, do you own, or have you owned this can? If so, what didn't you like about it? Crap-Ass doesn't really tell us anything. Share why You don't like this can so if someone intends to run the same setup as you, they know your subjective reason for hating it. Facts, not names, are helpful.

That is very true. People need to get out of that habit. Like with elected officials. If your going to call someone a name give an example to support the title you put on them

I called the silencer shop about this silencer and ask them about it. The guy I talked to said I got a great deal and it was a really good silencer. The sparrow is a good can I hear, I don't know anything about the sig but I am glad you like them. $399 I don't think I will be dissapointed.

I was able to place order but I was confused about the tax stamp and FFL requirements.

Basically, you gave them your money and they will ship it to your designated CLIII dealer. Your dealer will not hand it over to you until you complete the NFA requirements though.

Yea I put in the shipping address to my CLlll he said I can come by and look at it every once and a while till the tax stamp comes back. My confusion came from the fact that they did not mention that in the ordering process, you would think they would make it very clear.

How much is your CLIII charging you? That was my breaking point while I was researching and eventually getting a suppressor online. good price + (no tax bonus) + shipping + 100 transfer + 200 tax stamp + extra month or two because of dealer to dealer transfer.
My local range/suppressor store lets you shoot your suppressor after the tax stamp payment is done, so it was nearly the same price, but I can play with it while it is in NFA jail.

It sucks that quickly a deal of 400 suppressor becomes 700+ after the runaround

130 for trust 200 tax no hassle no drama everybody waits 8 to 10 months. And the same point a 800 suppressor becomes a 1200 at the local store after the trust and tax stamp. Pretty good deal I think

Suppressors are NFA items.

NFA dealers expect that you have done your homework if you are buying.

It is an PIA process. That is why I don't have any NFA items yet.

The process is simple. It's deffinantly not a pain in the ass unless your incredibly lazy.

I know several people that have gone through the process once you send it in the best thing to do is forget about it, go to the shop and visit the suppressor every once and while and let time pass. Its goes by pretty quick. PIA means pain in the ass, aren't all process with any Govt agency a PIA process?

You gatta get on that! Once I did my first one, it didn't become that big of a deal, but I did buy locally to save some of the drama. Prints done at sheriff, photos at CVS while you wait, and CC on the NFA form for the tax stamp. Waiting sucks, but some places let you use it while you wait at their range. Better to buy early and get the process started :)
