Description

4" is OoS.

Is it possible for a pistol small enough to carry every day to have all the features and capacity that you’d expect in a larger pistol? If that pistol is the XD-S from Springfield Armory®, the answer is yes. The XD-S® 3.3″ 9mm offers so much that you’ll be astonished that it all fits in the small, concealable profile.

Springfield XD-S 3.3" Single Stack 9mm Semi-automatic Handgun. A sub-compact Pistol that's comfortable to carry AND fun to shoot? Believe it.

With the XD-S, all the premium features and power that made the XD and XD(M) so successful are here-in a shockingly slim Pistol that packs so easily you'll forget it's there. In addition to the inherently slim nature of the design, the frame is a short sub-compact style, and the barrel is just 3.3". It all adds up to a Handgun that virtually disappears when you carry it.

Its comfortable ergonomics-complete with two interchangeable backstraps -allow it to work without punishing your hands. Meaning, yes, it is actually fun to shoot. The fiber optic front sight and white-dot rear sight align quickly and provide a clear sight picture for accurate shooting. And it features all the XD's standard safety features to prevent accidental discharge.

Bottom line: Choosing a handgun for concealed carry doesn't have to be a series of compromises anymore.

I have a xds9 and my brother has a XDM9 4.5 that I shoot regularly. The trigger on the xds is heavy and rough.

The XDM in comparison is soooo much smoother and crisper with a much lighter pull.

I don't expect them to be the same, I just wanted to point out that they are very different.

How do these shoot compared the the XD double stack line? Is there a big difference in weight? The size is just a tad bigger.

I have both xds and xd sub compact. It is noticeable, the xds being slimmer and lighter makes a world of a difference in comfort

I went shopping for my wife yesterday/this morning. Wanted to get her a purse gun. Liked the XDs but I thought they were a tad heavy. Also looked at the Taurus 738, but didn't like the trigger or some of the reviews. Price is great at $139+7.77 s/h, but money is not an issue for something that may save your life. Also looked at the Ruger LCP line. Didn't like the basic .380, but did like the custom. But decided on the mod 2 for about $25 more, $272.57 shipped with 2X mags at grabagun. Picked up 3 boxes of Fiocchi ammo for $49.60 shipped at Buds. Tried Sportsmans last night. Had everything in the cart, after about sn hour of shopping, and noticed the prices changed and added another $10 onto the total. Then the Free ship for $50 coupon stopped working. So I paid about $2.50 more a box but got what I wanted, and not just what Sportsmans had in stock. Now to ebay for a holster.

Yeah, pretty ignorant comment really. Springfield aint the only company to do such a thing, least they fired him and apologized. Ive got an XDS45, its my 3rd one because I love them so much. Currently planning to buy a 9mm version while theyre still around. By the way, owner of BCM(legendary weapon maker) is retired military, and he makes Springfields saint line of rifles. Thats my .02

So foreign made guns are crap? You have a lot of learning to do. Do you even own a gun? It is obvious that you have no foreign guns. 80% of my guns are foreign made. All are great guns. I have heard nothing but good about the XD line. Who exactly do you work for? All your posts are nothing but badmouthing Springfield or Rock River Arms.

Many of these Jokers are flat-out lying about Springfield products... the same thing they are accusing Springfield of doing. Some like GFD have never owned a Springfield weapon. Their boycott does nothing if they plan to never buy one in the first place. Anyone with an IQ over seven would understand this. I do not drink coffee so it would be totally ridiculous for me to boycott Starbucks.

Hands down, Springfield has always made an awesome and reliable weapon. For those of you who let politics influence your pocket and protection.... "YOUR LOSS!" Tell it to your loved ones!

I was looking at one of these but due to their (Springfield) recent activities my local FFLs won't buy or transfer anymore Springfields or Rock Rivers. Kid you not. I am in IL and we are directly targeted by their actions. I went for a $214 SW Shield that's on promo now instead.

I have 3 other Springfield Arms pistols and love the hell out of them. They are as reliable as a Glock and just as fun to shoot. And a bit easier on the wallet.

Do Not buy anything from Springfield Armory or Rock River Arms! These two Illinois companies gave their soul to the devil when they caved in to Illinois politicians and gave their support to a Illinois law that will restrict the guns right of the citizens of Illinois. These two companies are scum.

It doesn't matter if you live in Illinois or Timbuktu if Illinois gets away with this BS you can bet your ass other states, your state, will try to pull off this anti-gunner crap!

Do you just specifically look up all the Springfield guns just to post a bunch of shit about why you don't like them? Seems kind of childish to me. Why don't you just keep your mouth shut and your opinions to yourself so you don't continually appear a fool.

Make sure you send off for the extra mags rebate. Great deal! Takes a few weeks but you can do it online with a PDF of your purchase invoice.

Why is this being reposted? The price is still the same and I do not believe they went out of stock. Yes. It is a good deal. No. We don't need to hear about it every few days.

That is what the SEARCH option is for. Not to mention the banner that pops up every time I load this page that states $180 worth of gear. How can you NOT know about it? If you don't like my posts, quit reading them Snowflake. And you say I rant? That is the pot calling the kettle black. Go pester someone else, kid.

great little gun. I purchased a .40 XDS at the beginning of the promotion. The rebate gets submitted online and was incredibly easy. In addition to the easy online form, The only thing you have to send in is an electronic photo or pdf of your sales receipt/ invoice.
After about 24 hrs I received email notification that my rebate was accepted and the mags and holsters arrived about 2 weeks later.

Yes, very simple. Got my first one in a few weeks after the 'Springfield Armory - 2017 GearUp Confirmation'. Waiting on my second set to arrive. Was surprised they came so quickly. Hope they get rid of this soon so I won't be tempted to go for a third rebate.

Mags and holsters r free through Springfield promotion for purchasing any of their pistols I believe. Google it. Have to send Springfield proper documents to receive them. I ordered one yesterday. Promo good till June I believe.

This package is pictured with a viridian laser sight, but it doesn't say that it comes with the gun in the description. Did you guys receive the laser sight and reactor holster? Thank you

Do you get to select which four mags they send?

Can you request four 9 rd. mags or two 7 and two 8 rd.?

You are not able to select which mags they send you. There was a PDF somewhere that lists what mags they give you (which they select themselves), depending what model pistol you purchased.

if the mags and holster are free I will take that, I dont need the gun. Just send me the mags and holster for free.
