The Holosun HS503GU Sight features a unique side mounted battery and a U-housing design that covers the windage and elevation turrets on two sides. These Red Dot Sights utilize LED technology that enhances the battery life up to 5 years, and uses the Holosun Shake Awake technology to automatically turn the optic on when it senses movement, and shuts it back off automatically once the movement has subsided. I ordered two and changed mind on mount for one. Botach already had label created and went back to change mount. They were super fast on this order and on top of my request. I also ordered an Enforce light last week and it came 3 days earlier than expected delivery date. They have been stellar on my last 3 orders... Just saying...

This would be great with that rifle. But I agree with ncgoober, depends on what type of shooting you want to do. You can buy this and then get a magnifier

I'd say look at a 1-4 and figure out if that wouldn't work for you.
Thank you. Eyes are 20/20. Purpose would be a mix of everything: short and long range, self-defense, and really just to have and to hold.
This is an awesome deal. I ordered one but I always have my doubts with Botach, a lot of times they don't have items in stock and take months to ship without notifying you.
Hope this is real. Bought one about a year ago and it functions great after you get over that the front lens is slightly off angle by design. The reticle is crisp and love the choice between circle dot and dot.
Please let this be real. Just as others said submit an offer, they reply with a link, then pay.
Also looking forward to them getting their HS507c out that I heard went through a redesign and is currently in testing.
You had to get over the fact that the lens is off angle, are you serious? You understand that even aimpoint does that.
Anyone find the lens tint to be obtrusive?

I bought this sight a few months ago for $200. Its a great sight. Wish I had waited for this deal though!
Even though other sites are selling at around $240 and this $140 looks good the real comparison is to the Primary Arms HS503G-ACSS which has an ACSS reticle.On some installations the $80 extra for an ACSS reticle is well worth the extra money.
(edit) I gave in. I bought one for a gun that I have no plan to shoot long distance with need for the ACSS upgrade.

Best sight for money hands down. I Just ordered this and it's my 6th Holosun. All the 5 series with circle dot. I like the American defense AD-T1-L std mount for this Aimpoint version. It's QD and Amazon has them for $65 from time to time. Or just go with what it comes with. Kley Zion also has some decent low cost options. Geiselle has a mid priced "co-witness" version on sale from time to time as well. This bad boy will be going on my new Krebs KV13 Mod2 which arrives tomorrow. I'd rather go with a Holosun over Aimpoint and spend money on my rifles! On side optics planet had one of the Holosun 5 series for $135 a couple weeks ago with low mount, flip caps, and flash shade. Check them out as well but this is newer version. Also, if your wanting to stay at $100 check out the TruGlo TRU-TEC Red dot which is a 4 series Holosun rebranded. Their basic red dot which comes with low and high mount. It's basic but I run two those in addition to my holosuns instead of spending same amount of money on decent iron sights. You can find them for around 100 bucks which is awesome!
Hmm. I went with the flat top absolute cowitness mount... was it not a good mount or just personal preference?
Ok, I choose the QD mount and it doesn't go through. So I tried the co-Witness sight and it went through immediately.
Was gonna get an Eotech or Aimpoint, but at this price, I can probably sell for the same price if I don't like it. Thanks! Any suggestion on mount?
