This is my first post on any deal I have gotten thru this sight. Got the10.5 inch pistol with upgrades on everything and a pre-built upper with the shockwave blade. Put it together with a polymer lower I had in the safe. Went together nicely and looks great. Taking it out today to function test and sight in. So far, I am very happy. I will update after I shoot it and let everyone know.
*UPDATE*
Ryan got ahold of me relatively soon after I PM'd Ceratac about my handguard rail and upper rail not lining up flush (there was a decent lip). He offered to ship me out a replacement handguard, upper, and barrel nut in exchange for the ones I got, to be sent back (at his expense!). Well I just got the parts delivered (only 3 days later) and I couldn't be happier. Everything looks good to me and am extremely happy with my purchase and with how they handled the situation. Yes, they are probably a bit overwhelmed right now and I think they have a relatively small operation at the moment, but be patient with them and they will most certainly take care of you in the end. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

So all you do is add a stripped lower like the Aero Precision (https://gun.deals/product/aero-precision-ar15-m16a4-stripped-lower-receiver-free-shipping-4899...) and you've got a complete AR ready for sights and additional accessories (lights, other opticals, etc.)?
Yes. I was able to buy a stripped lower for cheaper than most places are selling the 80% lowers that need milled. Out the door (shipping, tax, ffl) I was able to buy 5 lowers for $38 a piece. So, not including the price of tools, grease, etc... I can build one of these rifles for less than $300.00.
You got it! Or, if you're even more "handy/dedicated", mill out your own 80% lower. Mine is on a polymer lower that I finished in less than 2hrs.
I too had a slight issue with the dust cover, but nothing i couldnt fix. Im extreemly happy so far with my kit, and will be ordering again. Great value for the price!!!

I just wanted to reiterate I still find the kits to be a great value, but the email and phone support is a little lacking. Something as simple as an auto reply to emails started that you are swamped and will be back to us, instead of our messages simply getting lost in limbo, would go a long way towards making a customer feel valued. I ordered a pistol kit and it shipped and arrived in less than a week. It assembled with no problems. it is a great kit. I ordered the rifle kit the next day after the pistol kit and it has been 20 days and it has not arrived.
dfinley1949...Almost all of our order ship out within 1-2 days. So when I hear 20+ days that definitely raises a red flag. Can you please PM me your order number so I can find out exactly what is going on? The only thing I can think is that your order was actually canceled because of the new credit card restrictions we put in place on the website. It can be confusing because the website generates a CANCELED order number even though the transaction may have been declined do to an AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch between the billing and shipping address. These new restrictions were put in place because of a recent fraudulent purchases. As soon as I have your contact information I will give you a call and get this resolved.

This order was placed on 1/7/2018 and shipped on 1/8/2018. USPS left notice on 1/12/2018 and it was pickup up at the post office that same day 1/12/2018. I left difinley1949 a voicemail with all this information. Hopefully, nothing nefarious going on here. Stay tuned...
Well, I assembled my carbine... Looks to be nice and sturdy, all the materials appear to be of decent material. The only problem however is that the top rail on the handguard and the rail on the upper do not meet flush. There's about an 1/8th of an inch lip where the handrail is over hanging. not too pleased.
Wotlos...it seems like something else may be going with your installation. While there may be a slight height difference between the upper and handrail it should be more like what bota described below and definitely not 1/8". I just sent you a PM asking for your order number so I can contact you and find out what's going on and get you all squared away.

I have the same thing. Upper rail sits lower than the handguard rail. Couldn't mount my scope across the two. Wasn't a big deal as I was able to rearrange things and get it mounted in the end. I can see why you'd be bummed about it.
I have done several of these kits. I use a pair of vice grips with tape on the jaws to gently align the 2 rails. Then I sequentially tighten the 4 side bolts and finally do the bottom 2. I'm off plane by about .0010 to .0015" and I can live with that. You can shim your scope ring to if you are too far out. Just my 2¢.
I'll give that a go. I have a one piece scope mount, so even slight differences between where the front and back of the "foot" align causes issues. Rotationally, I'm aligned, it's the height of the rail on the upper vs the handguard that's an issue.
So what, you clamp down on the joint of the 2 rails?
I clamp side to side where the upper meets the handguard. It isn't perfect but it's tolerable.

FYI...the 80% Lower Receiver is an option for this Kit.
I had this kit delivered right before christmas. All in all I would say its a pretty good kit... But I have had a few issues. The buffer weight broke apart clogging the tube making the weapon not cycle, the front flip up sights snapped off when I clicked it open, It seems where they could have gone cheap they did. But in honesty All this doesn't bother me that much, I only paid 270 for the kit. But I only managed to put through 2.5 magazines through it.
What really bothered me, was that I still have not heard back from their customer service department. Multiple phone calls, messages and emails. It seems that once they have their money they do not really care anymore. I hope they really change up their customer service game.

I ordered a kit that was sent out on 1/12/2018 , it still has not been delivere. The tracking number giving to me from ceratc showes that my package never made it to USPS. Now ceratac is unreachable... They don't return my calls more email .
dreday2day...that's way to long to be waiting for an order. Most of our Kits ship out within 1-2 days at most and everything ships 3 day USPS Priority Mail. If you send me a PM with your order number I will be happy to check on this and see what's going.

Who are your suppliers? I'd like to know, at least on barrels, lowers, and uppers. I buy, build, and sale a lot of rifle kits, and i'm interested in your company. But I'd need to let my customers know who the manufacturers are if they ask.
Got 1 of my 2 kits in 2 days(ordered same time), but the ejection dust cover door is screwed up, like others. I tried to open and close it about 20 times and now the detent is jammed in the door or the detent spring is broke. I am going to wait until my second kit comes in to see if that door is also defective before I send an email for a new door replacement. will keep you posted.

Update: rifle came together great! Upper fits spot on the Anderson lower I bought - no wiggle! Dry fire function check with snap caps went perfect. Trigger is very nice for s mil spec - they polished the interface points between the trigger/disconnect/hammer. A nice touch for sure. Lower parts kit fits well and no issues with assembly. Thanks, Ceratac team! Well done :)
Update: ceratac sent me A new ejection port cover and it is working flawlessly. It was just A defective part which was an easy fix.
