The manual for the EAA Witness line says no +p ammo:
I just bought this gun from Buds for 268 shipped, so this is a good deal depending on the shipping per location. The pistol handles great, its very comfortable in the hand. I have a CZ P-07 and this is a close clone of that gun for half the price. In fact today I shot it for the first time and right after I shot the CZ to compare. At 7 yards it shot a few inches low but grouped everything within 2 inches. The trigger is very fluid and smooth at single action. In my opinion its single action pull is better than the CZ which is more of a mechanical glock feel in comparison, even though the CZ pull is ten times better than a glock. The double action pull is quite long and hard as to be expected on a hammer. About 200 rounds out of it and not one issue with crappy remington bulk. In fact this ammo was weak enough to not slide lock my glock 19 on the last round, yet in the witness it was fine. I bought this for a reliable truck gun that I wouldn't worry about if tossed around. I recommend this pistol and yes the picture above does show both the p model and in compact version. The compact version never gets down this low in price for some reason. Good luck.
*** Forgot to mention the one thing I didn't care for on this pistol. I like to hold my pistols with the highest point of axis and this makes my right hand thumb lay right on the triangle/pyramid shaped manual safety. So I had to adjust and position it right under it, just a little getting use to I guess. The CZ has a flat safety/decocker maybe for this reason. Just a FYI.
Looks like there's no image for this product. The current image used is of a compact, which does not hold 17 rounds standard.
Is this pistol rated for +p or +p+?
