Do you have any links to that info. I just finished checking reviews and comparing them with dealers I trust, and found no discernible difference. They all have been having logistical problems. Prior to placing an order with a dealer for the first time, I always call them to insure the Items are in stock, and ask all the questions I have regarding my concerns and expectation. If they don't pick up the phone, or don't give me acceptable answers, I don't place my order.
1st to mind is reddit/gundeals...gunzonedeals is blacklisted and several bad experiences, although complaints are certainly subjective. They look okay to me and the price is tempting. Your dealer advice is sound. As for cost, MSRP for this is too high, street price near $550 is okay, sub $450 quite good. Funny though...now I see Gunzonedeals raised the price $50.

This should be a very good hog, whitetail, or truck gun. If for some reason you don't like it, you can sell it for a profit. I highly recommend you jump on it.
Great price for a 6.5 Grendel rifle, especially with a stainless steel barrel.
A lot of gun for this price, and Recoil GW is a quality business. The price at Gunzonedeals is great and tempting as duncanjc1 states, but that business has several bad reviews and been blacklisted on some forums. Anyone here have positive experience with Gunzonedeals?
