In 2019, CMMG released the 10mm-caliber Banshee 300 Series Mk10, which is offered in both AR-pistol and SBR versions. It has a 6-position adjustable, patented RipBrace and an 8-inch barrel. The short gas-operated system is stabilized by the Radial Delayed Blowback operating system, which also lessens recoil for higher-pressure loadings. The Banshee 10mm comes with three different buffers. A different buffer should be used depending on the power factor of a specific load or the use of a suppressor. The Banshee 10mm also has a bolt that locks back on an empty magazine, which is a characteristic that is lacking in many PCCs. The Bolt Catch Linkage System, as the engineers at CMMG refer to it, enables quicker, more traditional reloading. The CMMG charging handle and safety selector, as well as the other controls on the Banshee, are ambidextrous. The CMMG RML7 handguard features M-Lok attachment points at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions for accessorizing, and an extended Picatinny top rail for mounting various types of optics. The 8-inch barrel and 1:16-inch twist can handle various kinds of 10mm ammunition. The 10mm has enough punch to be an excellent choice for hunting or self-defense.
