Brass case, non-magnetic 7.62x39 was always around 60 cents per round give or take a little. Considering steel 7.62x39 has gone up in price so much do to import bans, this isn't bad for brass cased ammo.

I know, right. Best trigger, right out of the box, of any of the over 15 firearms I own, or have ever owned for that fact, even those that were broken in already, lubed, polished, etc. Don't worry about it being too light, the trigger safety really does work, if that little red tab doesn't get pressed first, the rest of the trigger will not budge.
