Just got off of the phone with them. Said they are currently going through and calling everyone. Said they had a system malfunction and didn’t know about it until late last night. Offered to cancel my order, give me 10% off the kimber, or 10% off any other gun in the store.
Current status is ‘in progress’ for me. Will update if it changes. They did charge my card, that may be a good sign, who knows.
I walked into the Cabela's customer service counter, set down my broken scope (no box or receipt). They sent me to Optics who gave me the same model but a different reticle that was in stock. They offered to fix mine and ship it back to me but I couldn't wait. Easy peasy warranty replacement.
It sounds like you did well and everything worked out for you! I have ordered from them 10-15 times, over the past few years, and have never received an email that my item has/had shipped. With that being said, the last item that I ordered, was the NIB BCG and it did arrive after, about 4-5 days; but again, no shipping notification, email or correspondence from PSA.

It’s really no big deal. Don’t want it don’t use it. You’ll never know it is there.
I’ve ordered from PSA many times and every time I got an email confirmation and email it shipped. It’s also NEVER taken 4-6 weeks! Less than a week every time. My last order was this handgun. I had it in less than a week. Maybesomesompeople her
Dude don't you know, this is for when you are only able to carry a pistol but need a carbine while protecting said mall. Just pull this thingamajig out of your shirt pocket and 45 seconds later you have the exact same gun but weighing more and less reliable. What's not to love for the low, low price of only half the handgun's original purchase price? You sound jelly to me ;)
Price changed back to normal. If they don’t honor the price that was posted earlier for those that paid, it would be pretty messed up.
