got mine and not subsonic

1080 fps is borderline for subsonic....in for 2000 rounds to check it out. Use free shipping code SH1697, good til Dec. 03

I just ordered some of this because the details show it at 1080fps which is subsonic..hopefully its description is accurate. If you order enough ammo from them and use the free shipping coupon it comes out to a free membership because you get the member price. It was the same as using the free shipping coupon and not getting the membership. Just throwing it out there if you don't want to pay for the membership. I basically got it for free for ordering $598 worth of various ammo. Plus they'll let you pay the amount in 4 payments over 4 months as a member.

Membership fee?? How does SG get away with posting one price on gun.deals yet in order to get that price you have to pay like $30 for a membership? I automatically bypass all of their items for this reason. Seems ridiculous to me - wandering if I'm the only one.

You are not alone - I automatically bypass SG for the same reason!

Actually, Sportsman's Guide is a reliable organization with great prices on ammo - even if you don't join the "membership plan". Plus they frequently have free shipping. (And no sales tax for me) I've ordered from them several times in the last year and they've been great. Even got some free protein bars in a couple of orders.

This deal wasn't posted by SG. If you look at the person it was submitted by,Duncan, his history shows that he posts deals from multiple retailers. It's not really SG's fault if the user is posting the member price.

Yeah, I see "Duncan" posted about a dozen of SG's deals in the last few months ... hmmm. Also, each and every posting from different users makes the same exact mistake? Anyway, its still incorrect and shouldn't be posted like that.

You've been a member for 8 hours, how have you been watching what he has posted the last few months? Unless you have multiple accounts

Been on this site for years - just signed up for forum because I was tired of reading posts from Neanderthals like yourself. Under the person's name it tells you what deals they posted - guess I know more about the site than you after just 8 hours ... jackwagon.

I'm aware of how the site works ha ha.. Just find it strange that someone who has been on this site for "Years" decided to sign up out of the blue

Still don't understand your beef. I think every one who frequents gun.deals regularly knows how Sportsman's Guide works. This product as an example.... It's good 124g ammo for about $0.25 per round... non-member price if you use the free shipping code. Plus, a lot of people become members since you get $20 of the membership fees back in coupons anyway.

This ammo is clean and shoots great. I have had several thousand rounds of it without a single failure. Very nice brass as well.

It's not terrible ammo just too expensive. Would rather get blazer or remington at same price or lower at local store. All 9mm ammo i shoot is at $.20-.22 a round. At almost $.27 or more for this might as well look for 40 or 45 the calibers i like the best anyways. Sportsmans Guide really has to offer free shipping more(espeically for their members). They haven't had free shipping much lately which takes away any savings for me.

This is actually a pretty good deal for quality-manufactured, moderately-clean, 124g ammo. (124g is always going to cost about .02-.03 more per round than 115g.)

What brand of 9mm are you shooting at $.20-.22 per round. Only round I can find at that price is Tulammo or Wolf. Wallyworld 100 rd box cost 26.99 plus tax in Orlando and that's 115 grain not 124

woodbury outfitters had cci blazer brass for $10.49 a box with free shipping over $99
500 rounds came out to $.21 per round delivered

Brown bear got 1000 for $.19 3 months ago. Still have a good amount of PMC bronze 9mm i got for $.20 a round just before the ammo hysteria. The way ammo availablity and price is these days i'm losing my interest in guns . Finding 22 ammo at a descent price or at all is espeically depressing.

Just tried this round today at the range in my Shield 9MM. It runs pretty clean. There was no residue left on the magazine follower. It's easy to spot since it's light grey. No failures to report either

I was able to keep on target. I was no better with any other ammo (I also tried some blazer brass and Winchester Train 147 Gr ammo today). All in all, I'd say this is a good deal.

I also like the fact that the boxes these come in are about as small as can be. Makes it easier to store. Only negative is that the boxes are a little flimsy and cheap feeling.

Use sh1084, but you have to have something from the WorkWearSavings department--if there's nothing you really need, the cheapest thing I found was some boot wax for $4.49.

You can use sh1084 for free shipping, but you have to have something in the order from the "Work Wear Savings" department. See if there's something you need from that department; then it's free shipping. Or use this boot wax for $4.49: http://workwearsavings.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/sno-seal-original-beeswax.aspx?a=649521...

Worked out great for me. I had 2 $20 gift cards from the December promotion, and a $5 coupon code. I also signed up for their buyers club (29.99 for a year) which gave me 10% off which made my 3 boxes $13.05 each, and got free shipping with the buyers club membership that ALSO will give me a $20 gift card for signing up. Came out to about $24 after everything, minus that $20 gift card I'll get will make it about $4.

$4 for three boxes!!!? That's a rip-off!! (wink wink)

The up/down vote should be cleared - it's based on the old price which I think was almost $16? Either way now it's a fair deal especially since you can mostly like get free shipping and who isn't a sportsman guide member at this point?
